What this archive includes

English only — articles tagged en in Journal metadata and confirmed with automated language detection on the title, summary, and body (from the article metadata dataframe, then enforced again when building RAG documents).
Not CrossFit Games–focused — entries tagged for the Games, Regionals, behind-the-scenes, “fittest on Earth,” and similar are excluded.
Text-first corpus — articles with video were dropped; very short posts (under roughly 500 words in the body) were also filtered out when building the index.

Material outside this subset may appear on journal.crossfit.com but is not searchable here.

Ask about movements, nutrition, history, or coaching—within the English, text-first Journal subset described above (Games- and video-heavy pieces are not in scope).
